Have a question?
Frequently asked questions
Can I include my child’s age on the invitation?
Yes. You can write the name with the age, such as “Amelia Turns One”. The parents’ names can appear on the invitation as hosts.
Can twins or siblings share one birthday invitation?
Yes. Add a second name and both names appear side by side, with one celebration and one list of RSVPs.
How does paying for an invitation work?
You can build the whole invitation for free. Entering the event details, choosing the design, writing the texts and previewing the real invitation cost nothing. Payment happens once, and only when you want to publish the invitation and share its link. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no charge per guest. Before you pay, the summary screen shows the total including VAT.
What is the difference between Invitation and Invitation+?
Invitation covers an invitation with one event and includes the design, music, countdown, add to calendar and directions. Invitation+ adds RSVP collection, up to 3 events and personalized link preview images. You don’t pick the package yourself: it follows the features you turn on, and the summary screen shows it before you pay. RSVPs can’t be added later to an invitation published on Invitation, so if you want replies, turn them on while you build it.
What happens after I pay?
Your invitation goes live the moment your payment is confirmed, and its link works right away, with no review or waiting period. Once payment is complete you can copy the link and share it straight to WhatsApp or any other channel. Your link and order confirmation also arrive by email. After publishing you have 3 edits, and with Invitation+ you can follow your RSVPs from your account.
How long does my invitation stay online?
Your invitation stays online until 6 months after your last event. Events can be set up to a year ahead.
Can I cancel or get a refund after paying?
Your invitation goes live the moment your payment is confirmed and the link you share starts working. Because publishing the invitation is performed instantly and the service starts immediately with your approval, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this sale under Turkish distance selling rules; this is confirmed separately at the payment step. A digital product cannot be handed back: once live, the invitation carries no preview watermark, the link can go to as many people as you like, and the content can be copied. That is why you can preview the real invitation before paying and change the design and texts as often as you want. If something goes wrong on our side, your statutory rights still apply: and ask for the service again, a free fix, a price reduction or a refund.
How do I send my invitation to my guests?
Share your invitation’s link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or any app you already use. Drop it into a group or send it one by one; there is no guest list to upload and no phone numbers or email addresses to enter. In a chat, your link shows a preview image with your names, and with Davetiye+ that image carries your invitation’s colors and details.

Invitation card Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. When guests tap the link, the invitation opens straight in their browser, with no app to download and no account to create. The type is sized to read comfortably on a phone; tapping the cover and scrolling down is all it takes. Adding the date to a calendar and getting directions to the venue each take one tap. If your invitation collects RSVPs, guests reply by typing their name and saying whether they can come. It works the same on a phone, a tablet and a computer.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No. You can send your invitation to as many people as you like, with no charge per guest. When you collect RSVPs with Invitation+, there is no cap on replies either, and you can easily see who is coming and with how many people from one place. You can set how many people a guest may count in a single reply.
How do RSVPs reach me?
RSVP collection comes with Invitation+. You can easily track your RSVPs from your account. Each one carries the guest’s name, how many people are coming, which events they will attend, the note they left and their contact details when given. You can search the list by name, filter it by answer or by event, and sort it by party size. Guests can update their answer later if their plans change. You can export everything as a CSV for the seating plan, the catering count or the place cards.
Can I add notes for my guests?
Yes. Notes can include dress code, parking and shuttle information, or requests about photography. You can add up to 20 notes and choose an icon for each.
What can I change after publishing?
Names, the invitation title, event names and dates, the link address and the link preview image you picked lock once the invitation is published. Venue details, the schedule, the other texts and the design stay editable, and so do the RSVP settings on Invitation+. You get 3 edits to make those changes. Each save uses one, and the editor always shows how many you have left. Because of that, check them carefully before you publish. If a date has to move, or you have used every edit, .
What is the difference between a digital invitation and a printed one?
An online invitation carries what will not fit on paper: directions that open in Google Maps, the hour-by-hour schedule, guest notes, and the RSVP form itself. There is no per-guest charge, so you can send it to as many people as you like. If the venue changes, or there is a detail you forgot to write, you can update it yourself with one of your edits, and nothing has to be printed a second time. Guests in another city or another country receive it at the same moment as everyone else. And if you would still like to hand a printed invitation to close family, one does not rule out the other.
