Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms cover your use of the davetliler.com site, the tools you build invitations with, the invitation pages you publish, and the screens where your guests reply. The site is operated by PLANİS MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Using the site means you accept them.

If you buy something, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery and Returns page apply as well. Where this page and those texts differ on a point of sale, the sales texts come first.

Rights in the designs and in your content are set out in full on the Copyright and Licenses page; on those questions that page prevails.

Your account

You need to be eighteen or older to open an account. Keeping your details accurate and your password safe is your responsibility.

Tell us if you notice anything unusual on your account. Write to us if you want it closed.

What you put on an invitation

Everything you write on an invitation stays yours. We do not take ownership of your content; we take only the technical permission needed to publish the invitation and show it to your guests.

In return, you agree not to publish anything unlawful or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark, or personal rights.

Your guests’ details

Only you see the RSVPs your guests send. You should not use those details for anything beyond your own event, such as commercial promotion.

A guest can update the reply they sent from the same browser. If a guest asks for their reply to be deleted altogether, write to us.

Fees

Building and previewing an invitation is free. The fee applies only when you publish, once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

The total price, taxes included, appears at the payment step before you confirm. The number of edits you can make to a published invitation is limited, and that limit is stated before you pay.

What you may not do

The following are not allowed. Where we find such use, or it is reported to us, we can take the invitation offline, and suspend the account in serious or repeated cases.

  • Use the service to send spam, run a scam, or harass anyone
  • Attempt to access our systems without permission, defeat security measures, or overload them with automated tools
  • Try to obtain the link or PIN of someone else’s invitation without their permission
  • Resell the service as your own, or attempt to reverse engineer it

Location search and maps

Location search and the maps on invitations are provided through Google Maps services. When you use these features, the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply as well.

Service period and continuity

Each invitation goes live once payment is approved and stays online until six months after the date of its last event. An event can be set at most one year ahead.

We keep improving the service; these changes never reduce the features you purchased or shorten your service period. Short interruptions can happen during maintenance and security work.

Once an invitation’s service period ends, we may take it offline. Its content and RSVPs are deleted or anonymized no later than six months after the service period ends.

If these terms change, your earlier orders stay governed by the terms in force when you placed them.

Responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible for failures in systems outside our control, such as your internet connection, payment infrastructure, or map and calendar services.

None of this affects your rights under consumer law. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not limited here.

Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
