How Ordering Works

Last updated

This page walks through what happens when you publish an invitation, in order. It covers what you approve before paying, how the approved documents reach you afterwards, and where to go back if you entered something wrong.

The steps

  • The invitation is built in the editor. Design, event details and RSVP settings can be changed as often as needed at this stage, and nothing is charged.
  • In the publication settings, the invitation’s link address is chosen and PIN protection can be added.
  • The summary screen shows the invitation details, the package and the total price including VAT. The package depends on the features chosen.
  • At the payment step, billing details are entered. The Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement can be opened and read here, and then both approval boxes are ticked.
  • Payment is completed on iyzico’s secure page; your card details never reach us.
  • Once payment is confirmed, the invitation goes live and its link is ready to share.

How the agreement is kept

The Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are recorded exactly as they stood when you approved them, and are not altered afterwards.

When payment completes, both are emailed to you along with your order summary. They are not available from your account afterwards, so keep that email. If you need another copy, write to us.

Correcting a mistake

The invitation details appear together on the summary screen before the payment step, so that a mistake can be caught before the order is confirmed.

  • From the summary you can return to the editor and fix the invitation.
  • From the payment step you can go back to the summary and the publication settings, and correct your billing details before you pay.
  • You cannot proceed to payment without ticking both approval boxes.
  • If you cancel on iyzico’s page, the invitation is not published and you are not charged. You can start again whenever you are ready.

Privacy rules

The name, email address and billing address you enter at the payment step are processed to complete the order, take the payment, issue the invoice and keep the accounting records. Your card details never reach us at any point.

Which data we process and on what legal ground is set out on the KVKK Clarification Text page, our general approach on the Privacy Policy page, and the cookies we use on the Cookie Policy page.

Dispute resolution

We belong to no alternative dispute resolution body.

You can bring a dispute to us first. If it cannot be settled, the competent body for amounts at this level is a consumer arbitration committee; you apply, free of charge, to the provincial or district committee where you live.
